About a year before his passing, Mikes pointed over at a tree and told Miguel Salinas that he would love to have a large family gathering under that tree someday. Unfortunately Mikes didn't live to see this happen, but there was a family gathering under that tree in honor of Mikes Salinas shortly after his passing. Miguel made sure to fulfill Mikes wish posthumously.

The gathering took place June 28th at 2:00pm.
